Hulens landscaping and driveway area was designed and completed by Hulens Engineers and Planners, Inc. (HEPI). There is a main parking area that has covered berm and a drive-in area.
The property is currently a "zero-paved" development and due to its proximity to the Jones River and to Rt. 1 (Clinton), is proposed to be improved and will include homes in the future.
HEPI has been managing this project on behalf of The Developer. HEPI also did an engineering study on the site as a separate project. This Engineering Study is included in the comprehensive Landscape Plan, prepared by HEPI, in April 2008, which is available for inspection.
1) Hulens has a good history of working with Community associations and homeowners of this area.
2) Hulens will provide periodic site clean ups of waste and garbage.
3) The grass and landscaping at the property will be maintained by Hulens.
4) Hulens will not cut down any of the trees.
5) Hulens has never had a sinkhole problem and is not presently engaged in any development.
Please remember that the process of land clearing is at times noisy. We would encourage community members to reserve Saturday mornings between 7:00AM and 9:30AM for noise control. Any issues regarding noise can be handled by the Community Safety Officer and the police are also monitoring the area.

In June, we were disappointed that news regarding the proposed rezoning was presented that would allow short term rental of rooms in an apartment. This rezoning was strongly opposed by our residents and our Community Committee. The community felt that the quality of life of the residents would not be preserved with this rezoning.
