Cherries are one of the sweetest, juiciest, and healthiest fruits that you can enjoy all year round. They’re a good source of dietary fiber, vitamins A and C, calcium, and potassium. It’s also great for your heart!

When it comes to cherries, my preferences lie with the sweet dessert varieties, such as Black Diamond, Bing, Sweet 100, and Sweet Boy. While eating these varieties of cherry will give you a fantastic sugar rush, it’s not healthy to gobble down too many of them without regulating your blood sugar.

We all know that cherries are one of the most delicious fruits that you can have during the summer. My friend Jen has recently shared with me about a couple of things that make cherries even more delicious, cherry tree brown fuzz on fruit, pink floral shoots.

I thought that I’d share some of the recipes with her that I created from my own cherry tree backyard. There are several delicious dishes and desserts that I created. I’m also including some of my favorite recipes that I collected from Pinterest.

Healthy Vegan Spring Rolls

When I first cooked this recipe, I tried to come up with some vegan spring rolls, which I ended up making. While they are healthy and gluten-free, you can also enjoy these spring rolls with your friends and family as an appetizer or snack. They taste great with the traditional Vietnamese flavor!

Take a look at the recipe here.

Healthy Vinaigrette

This is another very easy recipe, you can even make this in your own kitchen with the minimum amount of ingredients that you have at home. I personally love making homemade salad dressings, so I have to make this one because it’s quite refreshing and easy to make.

It’s basically a vinegar and oil mixture, and you can mix them as you like. I find that olive oil works well in this salad dressing.

Healthy Pumpkin Seeds

Some people enjoy eating their favorite nuts or seeds in a savory way. In my opinion, it is even better if you can eat them in a healthy way. You can snack on these seeds as they’re still quite soft and edible. These seeds are also quite nutritious and loaded with vitamins, minerals, and health-promoting properties.

Pumpkin seeds are quite a bit healthier than many other nuts or seeds, and they contain over 25 times the amount of protein that we need daily.

Here’s the healthy recipe that I’ve created:
